Great customer service is our top priority. All orders, no matter how large or small, are processed promptly. Once a diamond has been guaranteed to be in stock and on hold for you, it will not be released. All orders are shipped on time. If there is a problem with an order, it will be mentioned up front, and we will work with you to find a suitable replacement. If there is a particular SI or I1 you are looking for, we are more then happy to take a look at the diamond before it is shipped and explain where the inclusions are situated. Any questions are welcome. If we do not have an answer right away, we will find it for you.
Our inventory is composed of a very extensive and diverse array of diamonds. While no diamond house has every diamond in stock, we are more then capable of supplying the majority of orders. We sell diamonds sourced from all of the major cutting centres, as well as the Canadian Arctic Fox Diamond™. Our diamonds are all hand picked to be the best. Whether it be for clarity, colour or cut. We are very particular with our cuts. In our opinion, if a diamond does not have a fine cut, it will not live up to its potential. No matter what the clarity or colour is. Our fancy shapes are very carefully selected to ensure that the bow-tie effect is minimized and the fire and life of the stone is maximized.
